Who is KingKing?
KingKing is an Australian Aboriginal art and lifestyle brand created by sisters Tarisse King and Sarrita King. Inspired by their culture and fathers legacy, the late Aboriginal artist William Jungala King, they create contemporary Aboriginal artwork that celebrates culture, storytelling, Country, and connection through premium products, original artworks, fashion, homewares, gifts, and more.
Are your artworks authentic Aboriginal art?
Yes. Every KingKing design is an original artwork created by Tarisse King and Sarrita King who have been creating art professionally for 20 years. Their artworks are led by their Aboriginal culture, family stories, Country, and life experience.
Where is KingKing based?
KingKing is proudly based on Larrakia Country (Darwin) Australia. We ship Australia-wide and internationally so customers around the world can experience authentic Aboriginal art and design.
Who creates the artwork?
All KingKing artworks are created exclusively by Aboriginal artists Tarisse King and Sarrita King. Every design tells a unique story and reflects generations of artistic knowledge and cultural connection. We also collaborate with other authentic Aboriginal artists whom we know personally and know they are connected to the community they claim.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favourite items to your cart, and complete checkout using our secure online payment system.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production or been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible via email. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request. Once production or shipping has commenced, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase. You’ll receive another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I purchase a gift for someone else?
Absolutely. KingKing products make meaningful gifts that celebrate Aboriginal culture, storytelling and contemporary Indigenous art we have products and gift cards available online.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. KingKing ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the product you’ve ordered and your location. Some products are made to order, while others are ready to ship. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in our shipping policies.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
& Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy that you can view here. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within the 14 day return period. Personalised, custom-made and final sale products are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be available depending on stock availability and the condition of the returned item. Please contact our customer support team for assistance via email.
Products
Are the colours exactly the same as shown online?
We do our best to accurately display the colours of our products. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor, screen settings or device. Also print placement is intentionally random so no two pieces are the same.
Are your products suitable as gifts?
Yes. KingKing products make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, weddings, corporate gifts and are Ally friendly. Christmas, special occasions, and anyone who appreciates authentic Aboriginal art and design.
Are your products made in Australia?
Many of our products are proudly made in Australia, while others are ethically produced with trusted manufacturing partners. Product descriptions will specify where individual items are made. Majority of our earrings are printed in Darwin. Clothing is made in India. Swimwear is made in China.
Do you sell original artworks?
Yes. Tarisse King and Sarrita King both create original Aboriginal artworks. Availability varies throughout the year. You can see our art websites in the footer menu.
Can I commission a custom artwork?
From time to time we accept commissions. Please contact us via email to discuss your project and current availability.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We welcome wholesale enquiries from approved retailers, galleries, tourism operators, museums, gift stores and businesses interested in stocking KingKing products.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Simply email us and we will send you our catalogue and terms. We will also review if your business aligns with our values.
Is there a minimum wholesale order?
Minimum order quantities apply for approved wholesale accounts. Full details will be provided once your application has been reviewed.
How long does wholesale approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. We’ll notify you by email once your account has been approved.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available during checkout, including options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available. As well as Afterpay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal information remains protected.

Can I use KingKing artwork for my own project?
No. All KingKing artwork is protected by copyright. If you’re interested in licensing artwork for commercial use, please contact us to discuss licensing opportunities.
Do you collaborate with businesses and organisations?
Yes. KingKing proudly collaborates with businesses, government organisations, designers, architects and brands on licensing, public art, corporate gifts, fashion and bespoke creative projects. We have created many RAP artworks in our career.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. KingKing Gift Cards are available and make the perfect gift when you’re not sure what to choose. These are listed under gifts and stationary.
